Security Provisions

The Stingforce Public-Private Crime-Fighting Summit, will be protected by a highly experienced private security team with an elite operational pedigree. This team routinely provides protective services for visiting foreign dignitaries—up to and including heads of state—during official visits.

Access to the venue will be strictly controlled. Identification badges must be visibly worn at all times. Additional security protocols will be in place for high-risk sessions involving sensitive investigations, active law enforcement operations, and whistleblower participation. Attendees must comply fully with all onsite security instructions and checkpoints. Noncompliance may result in immediate removal.

Chatham House Rule

To foster frank dialogue and cross-sector collaboration on sensitive issues—including active investigations, public-private partnerships, whistleblower reports, and systemic reform—the Stingforce Summit will operate under the Chatham House Rule.

This rule exists to create a trusted environment where high-stakes problems can be discussed candidly—without fear of attribution, retaliation, or reputational risk. Its guiding principle is simple:

Why the Rule Matter

The Stingforce community includes:

  • Law enforcement officers involved in covert and ongoing operations.
  • Fraud analysts and regulators exposing international criminal networks.
  • Whistleblowers and human rights defenders working at great personal risk.
  • Private-sector professionals navigating legal and reputational exposure.

For these individuals, discretion is not a courtesy—it is a requirement for safety, trust, and operational continuity.

Chatham House Rule empowers participants to:

  • Engage in open, constructive dialogue without political or organisational constraint.
  • Explore creative, cross-sector solutions to complex transnational threats.
  • Build bridges across jurisdictions, institutions, and sectors—confidentially.

Photography, Recording & Media Policy

  • Photography, video, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during all sessions, working groups, and informal breakout discussions unless specifically authorized by the Summit organizers.
  • Designated “open press” sessions will be clearly marked. All other discussions are closed, private, and non-attributable.
  • Attendees must not use smart glasses, recording apps, or covert capture devices under any circumstances in closed sessions.
  • Violations may result in expulsion and permanent exclusion from future Stingforce events.

Social Media Guidelines

We encourage participants to share general insights, takeaways, and approved content online. However:

  • Avoid posting photos of others without explicit permission.
  • Official, pre-approved content (photos, video, and shareables) will be provided by the Summit media team.

Violations & Enforcement

Breach of the Chatham House Rule or security policies will be taken seriously. Consequences may include:

  • Immediate removal from the venue
  • Revocation of Summit credentials
  • Future participation bans
  • Legal or administrative referral, depending on the severity of the breach

A Safe Space for Serious Work

The Stingforce Summit is not a networking cocktail party or PR stage. It is a mission-critical operating environment where real-world crimes, international operations, and policy failures are discussed by the people on the front lines.

Confidentiality is not just policy—it is infrastructure.

By attending, you agree to respect the security protocols and Chatham House Rule that make this summit possible.
